About EasyWebTools

Who We Are

EasyWebTools is a father-daughter project. Dad runs a small business and builds things on the internet. Daughter is a college student who was tired of Googling "word counter" every time she wrote an essay. One Sunday evening, a list of tool ideas turned into a conversation, and the conversation turned into a website.

We build free online tools — password generators, calculators, PDF utilities, converters, formatters, and more — that run entirely in your browser. No accounts. No uploads. No nonsense. The kind of tools you keep open in a tab and use when you need them.

What We Believe

We believe in tech literacy. The more you understand about the tools you use, the more equipped you are to protect your own digital rights. That's not a slogan — it's why every tool on this site runs client-side, why we explain how things work in our blog posts, and why we'll never ask you to trade your data for utility.

Accessibility matters to us — not just in the technical sense, but in the "anyone can use this without a tutorial" sense. Low barriers to entry. Clear interfaces. No jargon in the way. If a tool isn't easy to use, it isn't done yet.

Your Privacy Is Not a Feature

Your data never leaves your browser.

Every tool on this site runs 100% client-side using JavaScript. Your text, passwords, files, and inputs are processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server. Nothing is stored. Nothing is tracked.

Privacy should be the default, not a premium upgrade. You shouldn't have to create an account, hand over your email, or trust a third party just to generate a password or count some words. We built EasyWebTools so that the answer to "where does my data go?" is always the same: nowhere.

Free, Forever

All tools are free to use — no sign-up, no daily limits, no watermarks. We sustain the site through non-intrusive advertising that loads after the tool does and never gets in the way of what you came here to do.

How It's Built

The site is built with Astro for fast static pages, Svelte for interactive components, and Tailwind CSS for styling. Hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Most pages load in under a second. The design system is called Pixel Pop, and it comes in three color themes — try the dots in the header.
